From October 2026 to May 2027, seven weekends in Bologna with Grace Hall: a workshop that uses burlesque to rediscover your body, your expressiveness and your self-confidence.
Grace Hall, founder of Il Tempio del Burlesque, brings her method to Bologna with Feminine Spirit Alchemy. It is a weekend workshop organised by NOA APS at Leggere Strutture.
Burlesque as a tool for freedom
In this course, burlesque, an art form between dance and theatre, becomes a creative and liberating game. No previous experience is needed. The course is designed for women of every age, size and profession who want to feel at home in their bodies, quiet the inner critic and find an authentic way to express themselves.
The work is built on hands-on practices:
- movement isolation, to get to know and control every part of the body;
- gaze and eye contact, to convey presence and confidence;
- breath, the foundation of every gesture on stage;
- teasing, with all its irony and playfulness.
A key part of the journey is creating a theatrical alter ego, a character that helps you uncover hidden sides of yourself and celebrate your uniqueness with lightness and confidence.
